Principal consultant and director of Ethika Learning, Eyad has over 24 years of experience in Further Education gained in both a private and college setting. Eyad’s background includes;
- being a key member of a large College Management Team shaping employer engagement and apprenticeship strategy
- responsibility for the leadership and development of sales teams, sub-contractors, commercial training, employability programmes and audit/compliance functions
- lead role in 4 Ofsted Inspections and member of the college’s Quality Improvement Board and numerous Skills Funding Agency audits
- responsibility for a £6.5M department across Adult Skills Workplace Learning, Apprenticeship and ESF provision
- high-level contract negotiation with the ESFA and contract performance management
- department Business Planning and all aspects of budgetary management
- performance management of delivery teams across a variety of disciplines including Management, Retail, Logistics and Health, covering including planning, monitoring, self-assessment and quality improvement
- centre Management of several awarding body centres including City & Guilds, Institute of Leadership and Management, Pearsons, Edexcel, Highfields and NCFE
- developing considerable knowledge of Education & Skills Funding Agency rules
